Internship Debt Financing

About the job

You will work with experienced team members across key corporate functions such as Financing and Fund Management.

As a part of the team, you will gain experience in:

• Perform analysis supporting strategic business plans.
• Create pitchbooks and participate in due diligence activities within fundraising.
• Perform commercial analysis such as industry- and peer analysis.
• Assist in preparing financial- and quarterly reports for the funds.
• Participate in corporate governance processes through development of templates, reports and standards for Board communication.  

Who are you?

• You are a student in your 3rd to 5th year in studies within finance, business administration, engineering, real estate or equivalent.
• You are analytical, curious and have a business-oriented mindset.
• You are a team player with problem solving skills and a genuine interest in private equity.  
• You thrive in an entrepreneurial, high paced environment where your ideas and thoughts are valued.
• You have a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and in English.
• Prior experience from private equity, finance, consulting or similar is an advantage.
